  Went in to buy a tv . Great got a good deal and then talked about our skcontact and told them we had everything. “Great we can save you £600 pounds over two years and you can have the same package with talk talk “.Ive always had the philosophy that things can be too good to be true but having a seven year old son in store with us I was distracted . When the sky contract ran out ( 28 days after cancellation) set up the talk talk box found out . 1 : No hd on sky channels films ,sport .2:No full sky film package on demand etc . 3 : You can’t record a sky programme and watch one at the same time .4 :Due to the talk talk box been digital no question asked on have you got a digital aerial as basically you are having a free view box with internet connection on subscribed channels . 5: No Discovery channel ( my favourite) . Totally BS’d on the day, time to find out how to get out of contract and get a better deal with sky ?

  Good parking. Nice clean store. It is a shame the tills are not next to or near customer service. Some staff need to be trained on how to speak politely to customers. Others are polite and helpful.
