The products sold are great and so were the staff on the day however the coffee table I bought, was damaged underneath the sticker and not fit for purpose. I was initially very understanding at first but I've spent the best part of a month chatting online however the customer service team have stopped responding a week ago. All I wanted was a replacement however I don't seem to be able to get that or a refund. I'm simply left with a table I can't use and Sofology don't seem to care.
